Open Parcel at Delivery

To ensure complete confidence in your purchase, we offer an Open Parcel facility at the time of delivery. Customers are encouraged to inspect the product in the presence of the delivery rider before making payment.

Eligible Returns

You may return the parcel at the doorstep if:

• The product is damaged
• An incorrect item is delivered
• The product does not meet your expectations

Non-Eligible Returns

For hygiene, operational, and quality assurance reasons, returns are not accepted once:

• The parcel has been accepted
• Payment (Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer) has been completed
• The delivery rider has departed

Returns requested after delivery acceptance will not be entertained.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a Bagwati error (wrong or damaged item), return shipping will be fully covered by us.
• No returns are applicable after parcel acceptance.
